When Theresa Fisher, Director of the Options for Women (OWM) pregnancy center in Morris Minnesota approached me in 2012 to write a MN Department of Health - Positive Alternatives grant, she possessed strong vision and determined passion, but very few resources.
With only a slim roster of volunteers, no staff other than herself (she was less than half-time), and an Executive Board that had dwindled to three people, her passion to expand the impact, outreach, and services of the center seemed a radical mission. Nevertheless, we dug into the grant requirements, developed the project (complete with budgets and measureable outcomes), and authored a proposal that secured OWM $130,000 in operating and program expansion funds.

I am very proud of the web site I recently created for an endodontic practice based in the Duluth Minnesota area. Promotion of the new site begins this week for Great Lakes Endodontics!
The client and I worked together closely to determine the exact information and “feel” that he wanted to get across.
We sought to create something that gave visitors a sense of the beautiful natural environment that surrounds the practice, while leaving them with a fresh feeling of breathing room and openness.

January of 2014 marked the beginning of my fifteenth year in business. Well...November of 2013 was the actual anniversary of my first independent consulting project (way back in 1999), but my first check arrived in January of 2000. The next fifteen years would be filled with adventure, stress, excitement, and growth; mountains that demanded ascension, and valleys that required traversing. But after 15 years in the creative trenches, I stand ready to engage new challenges and move forward into fresh opportunities.
